Return Policy & Guarantee

At Nemi, we’re committed to offering safe, natural, high-quality products — and delivering a customer experience that lives up to that promise. Below is our return and refund policy, adapted for U.S. market standards.

1. Order Changes or Cancellations

You have 24 hours from when your order is placed to request a change or cancellation.
After that window, the order is processed and sent to our fulfillment center.
Any approved cancellation will be refunded within 10 business days.

2. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — as long as:

  • The product is unopened, in its original sealed packaging.

  • You’ve received advance approval from our Customer Support via info@mynemi.com

 For hygiene and safety reasons, and in compliance with U.S. food handling standards, we cannot accept returns of products that are:

  • opened or unsealed,

  • or that have been partially used (e.g. one gummy consumed).

Because these are dietary items that can degrade quickly, we’re unable to accept returns once the original seal is broken.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility — unless the item was received defective or damaged.
After inspection (up to 10 business days), any approved refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. It may take up to 40 business days depending on banking processes.

3. Damaged Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours, including clear photo evidence, at info@mynemi.com.
We will assess and, if warranted, send you a free replacement.

4. Shipping & Risk

Nemi is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once the package is handed over to the carrier.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-shipment costs will be your responsibility.

5. Use & Liability

Please use our products as directed in the product listing. Nemi cannot be held liable for misuse or deviations from those instructions.

6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend suspicious orders or request additional verification to protect our customers and prevent fraud.
